MyPlate is a visual representation of a healthy well balanced meal. MyPlate as replaced the Food Pyramid, and some people think is easier to "visualize" what a typical balanced meal should look like! Click the photo to take a look at the different parts of MyPlate below and the new recommendations regarding each food group. Notice fats and oils are not on MyPlate but once were found on the Food Pyramid.
